Forced preview

Was there consensus somewhere for this drastic measure? I don't see a discussion mentioned in the edit summary and discriminating unregistered users in this way has been shown to be extremely counterproductive (e.g. causing a massive drop of activity and new editors in German Wikipedia in 2007, as noticed only years later), so I'm removing the thing for now. اصلاح به‌همریختگی عبارت‌های انگلیسی (چپ به راست) سربرگ

پیشنهاد می‌کنم یکم روی ظاهر نابسامان سایت کارکنیم. این دو خط برای رفع مشکل سربرگ‌ها کافیه:
