Usage

Use at the top of long lists of derived terms or related terms to format them in three collapsing columns.

Use {{rel-mid3}} one-third and two-thirds of the way through the list. End the list with {{rel-bottom}}.

Takes one optional parameter, used as a heading; defaults to Related terms.
